The title of this work indicates its content and nature and distinguishes it from other work titles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>The title protection saves the title before publication<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>The title protection is usually created by the start of use. As soon as a book, film, sound carrier etc. is published, its title is automatically protected by copyright. However, since the production of an intellectual work can take a long time, the author, artist or software developer can protect the planned title even before the work is published. There is the possibility of submitting a title protection notice to appropriate publications. For example for book titles, this is the &#8220;B\u00f6rsenblatt&#8221; of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>The right of the older mark also applies to title protection<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>Simply contact us, if you need assistance in placing a title protection notice.
