A project example

The company Bertelsmann AG needs a European-wide protected and legally registered trademark for a new Internet offer at short notice. In cooperation with the client innomark GmbH prepares an appropriate search profile, advises on the desired form of the trademark sought and starts an extensive search for registered trademarks which are either offered for sale or appear interesting as potential candidates for purchase. From the candidates presented, a name is selected which is to be acquired by innomark GmbH in the name and on behalf of Bertelsmann AG after prior discrete price negotiations. Subsequently, all formal steps, such as purchase completion, transfer of rights and domain transfers, will be carried out by innomark GmbH.
